§1 Scope

These Terms of Service apply to the use of Still, an intermittent fasting tracker app in the Vitalli ecosystem, operated by Mirco Stege, Scanbox 10571, Ehrenbergstr. 16a, 10245 Berlin, Germany.

§2 Description of Service

Still enables tracking of intermittent fasting cycles. The service includes fasting timers, templates, statistics, notifications, and social features (friends/followers).

§3 Beta Notice

Still is currently in beta. Features may change, be extended, or removed. There is no entitlement to uninterrupted availability.

§4 User Account

Registration is handled via Vitalli SSO. The user is responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential.

§5 Disclaimer

Still does not constitute medical advice. Fasting tracking is intended solely for personal wellness purposes. No liability is accepted for health consequences arising from the use of the app. Always consult your doctor before starting a fasting program.

§6 Health Notice

Intermittent fasting is not suitable for everyone. People with eating disorders, pregnant or breastfeeding women, and people with diabetes or other chronic conditions should seek medical advice before use.

§7 Data Protection

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

§8 AI Notice

The Vitalli ecosystem uses AI-powered features. AI-generated content does not constitute medical advice and does not replace consultation with a physician.

§9 Termination and Data Deletion

The user can delete their account and all associated data at any time (GDPR Art. 17 -- Right to Erasure). This includes fasting history, templates, notification settings, and social connections.

§10 Changes to Terms

The operator reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Users will be informed of material changes by email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

§11 Final Provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. If individual provisions are invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
